The Summit County ADM Board levy will be on the ballot on Nov. 5, 2019 and is a renewal of a 2.95 mill levy passed in 2007. It will cost the owner of a $100,000 home about $7 per month. The County of Summit ADM Board is responsible for planning, funding, monitoring and evaluating treatment, prevention and support services for people who experience alcoholism, drug addiction and/or mental illness. Summit County residents have a rich array of services and supports available to them through the ADM Board system, regardless of their ability to pay.
